This service is only available to Shortcuts clients on current subscriptions. If you're not on a paid backup plan and have experienced data loss or a database issue, we offer a dedicated database recovery service. 

Our expert technicians will work on your local PC, attempting to recover your database, ensuring the integrity of your data and minimizing downtime. 

This service is billed at an hourly rate, providing you with a cost-effective solution for urgent recovery needs. Due to hardware faults out of our control, data recovery is not guaranteed. 

In some cases where the device is unresponsive or unreachable, you may need to separately secure a local technician to connect the hard drive to another device and allow us access via remote connection. 

This purchase is for the first hour of attempted database recovery only, any time spent over and above of this would be invoiced separately after consultation and agreement with you. The database recovery service is limited to database recovery from the client’s provided equipment and does not cover hardware repairs or replacement.
