If you have a new computer that meets hardware requirements and would like us to set it up for you, our technicians will:
* Install Shortcuts 
* Transfer your existing Shortcuts data to your new computer
* Ensure all online services are working correctly and transfer over any Shortcuts related software (eg Online Backup, Online booking, Remote Desktop Connection)
* Uninstall Shortcuts from your old computer

Please ensure that all the latest Windows Updates have been installed prior to requesting this service.

Once you pay for this service, one of our technicians will be in contact with you to arrange a date and time for the changeover. Please ensure you have given us your business name and the best contact email and phone number. 

If you have a lot of data to copy over, please ensure you have at least a 16GB USB key on hand or a portable HDD to use to transfer data from one PC to the other.
