You must ensure that your new PC meets our minimum hardware requirements which can be found here. Please ensure that all the latest Windows Updates have been installed.  

This service is already included if you purchase your new PC from Shortcuts.

Once you pay for this service, one of our technicians will be in contact with you to arrange a date and time for the changeover. Please ensure you have given us your business name and the best contact number. If you have a lot of data to copy over, please ensure you have at least a 16GB USB key on hand or a portable HDD to use to transfer data from one PC to the other.
