This service is for a Shortcuts data expert to contact and connect with your site server then clean the Shortcuts database by completing the below:

• Make clients inactive who have not visited (no transactions, including gift card sales), and who have not booked any appointments, since the agreed date:

• Make clients inactive who have never visited (no transactions, including gift card sales) and who do not have any future appointments

• Remove all spaces from the ‘Home phone’, ‘Business phone’ and ‘Mobile phone’ fields on the Client Card

• Remove all leading or trailing spaces in the ‘First name’, ‘Last name’, ‘Title’ (salutation), all ‘Work address’ and all ‘Home address’ fields

• Remove invalid email addresses that do not use the correct format (i.e. user@domain.com.au)
